Trisha Olson

Trisha Olson is the Global Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO) for Collins Aerospace at Raytheon Technologies. In this role, Trisha is responsible for leading the Global ECO program/network for all of Collins Aerospace, which includes ethics cases, compliance training, communications, and ethics & compliance reviews. Prior to holding positions within the Ethics Office, Trisha spent most of her career in Human Resources. She joined Rockwell Collins (now RTX) in 1997 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility. A native of Iowa, Trisha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Mt Mercy University.
