Sabrina Houlton is the Executive Director and Associate General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer for Raytheon Technologies Corporation. In that role, Sabrina manages Raytheon Technologies’ data privacy compliance program, addressing policy requirements, mitigating legal risk, and providing transactional guidance. Sabrina has been part of the Raytheon Technologies Legal, Contracts and Compliance department for the past 10 years (almost 11), including two years in the Collins Global Trade Compliance group.
Prior to Raytheon Technologies, Sabrina worked for the Connecticut law firm Wiggin & Dana on litigation and compliance matters, the Public Integrity Section of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and the Washington, D.C. law firm Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering (now WilmerHale) on commercial litigation and white-collar defense matters.
Sabrina clerked for one year for the Honorable Stephen M. Orlofsky of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University, and her J.D. from Stanford Law School.
