Paul Nichols is a Director of Compliance at RTX Corporation, where he leads Risk Assessments & Monitoring within the Global Ethics and Compliance organization. In this role Paul has responsibility for the development and execution of the risk assessment program to identify and assess RTX’s compliance risk across the enterprise. With 19 years of experience at RTX and Raytheon, Paul has a broad experience across compliance, internal audit, quality, operations and engineering.

Prior to taking this position, Paul was the Director of Risk Monitoring & Analytics at the Raytheon business within RTX, where he led the formation of the team responsible for using data to monitor, detect and report on compliance risk across Raytheon.

Additionally, Paul has held roles of increasing responsibility throughout his time at RTX and Raytheon across multiple functional areas. This includes roles within Corporate Internal Audit, Global Trade Compliance, Quality Assurance, Operations and Engineering.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
