Mike Ginsberg

Michael E. Ginsberg is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at CACI, practicing in the field of government contracts, export controls, economic sanctions, and national security law. He previously spent a decade in private practice at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, DC and several years as Senior Associate General Counsel in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). He is also the author of Debt Bomb, a political thriller novel about an American debt crisis released in July 2021.
