Melissa Kelly

Melissa is the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer for GE Aerospace where she works closely with the global leadership team to drive GE Aerospace’s Compliance and Open Reporting programs. Prior to this role, Melissa led the North America Labor and Employment function for GE, ensuring collaboration across the L&E business teams. Prior to GE, Melissa worked as a Senior Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel JPMorgan Chase & Co. She joined GE Capital in 2014 as Senior Counsel, Global Labor and Employment Law and later went on to become the Global Head of Labor and Employment Law for GE Capital. Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and her law degree from New York University.
