
Mary Ann Nord
Vice President, Ethics and Business Integrity, Leidos
Mary Ann (M.A.) Nord is Vice President of Ethics and Business Integrity at Leidos. She has more than 25 years of experience in business, strategy, and leadership roles, including Ethics and Compliance, Environmental/Social/Governance (ESG), Intellectual Property (IP), risk management, contracts, and negotiations. M.A. co-founded the Leidos Ethical AI Working Group in 2021, and currently serves as a member of the AI Governance Board at Leidos. She has also led various ESG-related strategic initiatives on behalf of the Ethics and Compliance Office. M.A.’s core strength lies in aligning business growth strategies with corporate values to drive business value, achieve strategic business imperatives, and make a meaningful impact on company performance.
Prior to joining Ethics and Compliance, M.A. served as the Director of Intellectual Property Strategy for the Legal Department. She also held several senior-level positions for Leidos line organizations during her more than 20 years of experience at the company, including Intellectual Property Manager, Contracts Manager, and Senior Subcontracts Administrator. Early in her career, Mary Ann worked for United Technologies as a contract administrator, and as a risk analyst for the San Diego Consortium and Private Industry Council.
