Laura Maxwell
Leadership Coach and Instructor, Carnegie Mellon University
Laura currently serves as a leadership coach and instructor at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. She has been a key player in the creation and development of the Accelerate Leadership Center and its offerings since 2012. The Center serves current and emerging leaders who are pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Carnegie Mellon, she worked as a leadership development consultant and coach across all industries in Fortune 500, non-profit and start-up organizations. She holds a degree as a registered nurse, a degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology.
Laura’s passion is helping individuals identify their talents and discover the means to achieve success. Her goal is to equip our current and next generation of leaders with the skills required to lead in an ever-changing workplace.
