Justin Falcon

Justin Falcon is a mission-driven Compliance and Investigations leader with over 25 years of leadership experience in ethics, federal investigations, and enterprise risk management. Currently serving as Director of Ethics and Compliance at L3Harris Technologies, Justin oversees global investigations into harassment, retaliation, and fraud, and partners with executive leadership to cultivate transparent, accountable organizational cultures. Justin holds a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Miami and advanced training from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

Throughout his distinguished career—including 21 years of service in the U.S. Air Force and roles across federal and corporate sectors—Justin has spearheaded complex investigations, led enterprise compliance initiatives, developed ethics programs that drive operational excellence, and established operational sites for the Department of Defense in three West African countries. As a Top Secret/SCI clearance holder, Certified Fraud Examiner, and French language specialist Justin brings a blend of strategic insight, regulatory expertise, and frontline experience.

In his current role, Justin has reducing case resolution timelines, modernized compliance infrastructure, and aligned ethics with business strategy. His leadership spans diverse domains including FAR/DFARS compliance, ITAR/EAR investigations, and anti-money laundering enforcement.
