John Lossing

John Lossing has 30 years of leadership experience in compliance and ethics, working for both large and mid-size companies doing business with the federal government. He has a proven track record of using his expertise in developing effective relationships with government customers, helping to design and implement creative solutions to challenging, real-world business situations, and building world-class teams to deliver on the company's mission.

John joined Health Net Federal Services (HNFS), a division of Centene Corp, in January of 2022 as Vice President, Compliance & Ethics. In addition to leading a full staff of Ethics, Compliance, Risk Management, Personnel Security, and Records Management teams, he also serves as a critical member of the Executive Leadership core group, providing valuable direction, advice, and solutions to the business.

Prior to joining HNFS, John was the director of regulatory compliance at Northrop Grumman, where he led federal contract compliance activities for a $10 billion sector of the major defense contractor. Before that he was the senior director of compliance for Mission Essential and the Chief Compliance Officer for Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. At these companies he was responsible for contract compliance, corporate ethics programs, process improvement initiatives, and risk management. He's also held government accounting compliance, finance and accounting leadership positions at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, IMS Health, and General Dynamics. He has a BS in Business Administration, Management Information Systems from University of New Haven.
