Farah Shah

Farah Shah is the General Counsel - Marine and Mobility Engines for GE Aerospace. In her role, Farah counsels her client on all legal and compliance matters, including complex transactional negotiations, compliance with Federal procurement regulations, international law, and acquisitions. Prior to GE Aerospace, Farah served as the General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for J&J Worldwide Services, a global facilities management service provider. In this role, Farah served as a member of the Executive team, advisor to the Board and oversaw all legal and compliance functions including litigation, investigations, contract transactions, and regulatory compliance. Farah is based in Washington, DC and received her JD from American University and her undergraduate degree in Finance from Miami University.
