Cristina Potter

Cristina Micchia Potter is the Vice President, Chief of Ethics, Privacy, and HIPAA Officer for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Prior to joining SAIC in 2019, she served as the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Officer for Engility Corporation. Potter also held several ethics and compliance roles within L‑3 Communications (now L3Harris). Before transitioning into corporate compliance, she served as an Assistant Clerk of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Potter is a member of the Working Group of the Defense Industry Initiative (DII) and the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), through which she holds the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification. She is also a member of the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
Potter holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, MA, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations/Comparative Literature from Simmons University in Boston, MA. She is a member in good standing of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
