Christina Herold

Christina Herold is the manager of the Ethics Investigations Group at the Northrop Grumman Corporate office in Falls Church, VA. She has been with Northrop Grumman for 22 years, with a background in business management, program operations, and regulatory compliance. Christina was heavily involved in creating the company’s minor mischarging mandatory disclosure process and workflow. She currently manages a team of 10 ethics investigators who investigate business ethics concerns such as time mischarging, quality, procurement integrity, conflicts of interest, and other compliance matters across all sectors in the company.
