Ashley Keapproth

Ashley Keapproth is an Associate General Counsel at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she leads the Employment Law Group. She first joined Booz Allen as an attorney in the Employment Law Group in 2018 but left for 1.5 years to be the Director of Associate Relations at GEICO. There, she led several People Services teams and built out uniform, companywide HR protocols during the company’s transition from a regional model to a centralized HR structure. Prior to her in house roles, she practiced employment law at Akin Gump’s Washington DC office for over a decade.
