Allison Barlotta

Allison L. Barlotta serves as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Booz Allen Hamilton. Before assuming her current role, Allison served as the Director of Corporate Investigations for Booz Allen and later National Security Sector Counsel. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Allison spent ten years at the U.S. Department of Justice. From 2007-2012, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, and from 2012-2017 she was an Assistant Counsel in the DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility. Allison began her career as an associate attorney with Blank Rome LLP, where her practice focused on white collar litigation and conducting internal corporate investigations.
